Who provides Sahraa

Using Sahraa

• You can use Sahraa without an account; an account keeps your gatherings and history across devices.
• The Android app is a test version. Things may change or be unavailable for a while, and we don’t promise that Sahraa is always available or free of errors.
• You must be 16 or older to use Sahraa.

What you post

You are responsible for what you add: names, gathering details, photos, answers and ideas.

• Only post other people’s names or photos if they are fine with it.
• Nothing illegal, hateful, threatening or sexual, and nothing that harms someone else.
• Don’t try to break, overload or misuse the service.

We may remove content, or stop access to a gathering or an account, that breaks these rules.

Invitation links

Anyone who has an invitation link can open that invitation, so share it with the people you invite. The host link is private: it lets someone manage the gathering, so don’t share it.

Our content

The games, questions, artwork and design of Sahraa are ours. You may use them to play with your people, not to copy or sell them. Ideas you send us may be used in Sahraa, with your name if you gave one.

Paid extras

Sahraa is free. In the app you can buy table sets and question packs once, or subscribe to “Sahraa Plus”. Buying is only through Google Play, and buying or subscribing needs a Sahraa account.

• Price and payment: you see the price before you pay. Google Play handles payment, invoicing and refunds under its own policy; refund requests go to Google Play.
• Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal: what you buy is delivered right after payment. By buying you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day EU right of withdrawal no longer applies to digital content once delivered.
• “Sahraa Plus”: a subscription that renews automatically every month or year until you cancel in Google Play (the app opens the page for you). After cancelling it runs to the end of the paid period. Deleting your Sahraa account does not cancel it. Price and period are shown before you pay. There is no weekly plan and no free trial that turns into a payment.
• What Plus gives: every table set and every question pack, current and future, while the subscription runs. When it ends, what you bought stays yours, the rest goes back to the store, and nothing you made is deleted.
• “All sets” and “All packs”: they give the sets or packs that exist at the time of purchase; new ones come with Plus or on their own.
• What you buy is yours to use in Sahraa with your account: it has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. If Google Play refunds it or a payment is reversed, it goes back to the store.

Liability

Sahraa helps you organise and play; the gathering itself — the place, the food, getting there — is up to the people who organise and attend it. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data beyond what Dutch law requires, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Dutch law applies. If you use Sahraa as a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
